£15 per workshop (But if you attend 3 workshops in one day first session costs £5)

Sunday Workshops
Chen Style Hand forms - Sundays; 10-11:30am - Hexie,12-1:30pm - Laojia. (10:30am start when clocks go back)
Pushing-Hands - First Sunday of month (following combined Hexie and Laojia).
12-1:30pm Fundamentals and push-hands basics, 2:30-4:30pm Advanced push hands.
Qigong-
Paochui /Laojia Erlu course - 29th March, 19th April, 17th May, 21st June, 19th July, 30th August, 27th September, 18th October,
2:30-4:30pm. £160 for the whole course. If you miss a session you need to do a catch up private class (£30)
